Rule 60
Publication and application of notice of vacancy

(1) According to Rule 13, after determining the number of posts and the percentage of posts filled, the Public Service Commission will provide the details of the number of posts to be filled by the promotion based on evaluation of work ability and the number of posts to be filled based on the adjustment of promotion based on performance and experience.
(2) After receiving the details as per sub-rule (1), the period of service required for the post to be promoted, the period for which seniority will be calculated (as of the end of June) to be a potential candidate, educational qualifications, the details and number of posts to be promoted, the deadline and place for submitting the application. The promotion committee will publish the disclosed information immediately.
